With having a wide choice of variety to suit all users comfort levels easily. With all kinds of options that are available within the market. There are some who might prefer a warm base and a full body midrange. Others might prefer a tighter base with more emphasis on the treble.

However, studio headphone are the best tuned on the market to render the outside noise as much as possible, and also studio headphones tend to often brighter and more detailed than consumer-oriented pairs.

Also due to the high tuning, they are also tuned to hear every flaw within the recording, mixing, mastering, and compression noticing every Distortion, background noise, awkward edits, which can be benefits if you are trying to get the perfect sound.

Price/Performance – Studio headphones are rarely marketed or advertised outside certain internet circles, and they are frequently based on older designs that have already made back their development costs. That means they tend to be cheaper than other pairs and provide better audio performance for that dollar.

However, some consumer headphone chooses design over certain headsets such as comfort, build, and sound. You’re often paying to help subsidize the design and marketing of consumer headphones.

Features – Consumer headphone often tends to be the most feature and technological features that have things such as wireless functionality, multiple device connection, phone control and call support, and active noise-canceling. Thus if you would like more than just audio playing, then you would probably want a consumer-style pair.

Thus often the most advancement in technology happens within the consumer headphone space with new trends such as headphone calibration, found within Sony and JVC models.

Gaming Headset –

These gaming headsets are normally just regular headphone that the majority of the time bring a microphone with them. While some individuals tend to choose a  separate pair headphone and a dedicated microphone over a gaming headset. Microphone –  Gaming headset comes with a microphone that creates for easy convenience. Other than going out and purchasing a separate mic or a mic that clips to your shirt, or one that magnetizes to the side of your headphones. Microphone and audio quality have both come far enough in gaming headsets and would be our prefer choice out of convenience and quality.

Virtual Surround Sound – Virtual surround feature is a software or hardware that often comes equipped within a gaming headset. And depending upon the headset the quality may range from average to great. But these options are not everyone, as on the Ps4 with Sony virtual surround modes are exclusive to there own headsets. While with Microfost create a  free virtual surround for all headphones in apps to the Xbox One through Windows Sonic

Versatility – A mass number of gaming headset have a retractable or removable microphone, thus they are able to work as a gaming headphone or a regular pair of headphones. Thus if you are searching for a versatile headphone a gaming headphone wouldn’t be that bad of an option. Thus if you are just good gaming headset might serve you better than a more- specialized and more- expensive pair. As for the sound won’t be as high quality as dedicated headphones, perhaps, but something well-regarded like the HyperX Cloud or the Arctis gets you almost there.
